Around 8:00am on Friday, June 26th, a homeless man came across a woman’s body wrapped in carpet in the alley behind 280 Hermitage Avenue. The woman was later identified as Gloria Ann Foster. She had been beaten and stabbed. Foster’s family had reported her missing the same day her body was identified. It is believed she was killed late Wednesday, June 24th or early on Thursday the 25th, 2015. Gloria Ann Foster was 51 years old at the time of her death.
