At approximately 4:30am on Friday, August 24th, 2012, Dalia Gutierrez-Sanchez parked her car outside of her apartment at 371 Wallace Road. After she exited the vehicle she was approached by a young black male wearing tight fitting jean shorts and a blue-green hooded sweatshirt. Gutierrez-Sanchez was then fatally shot before the gunman fled on foot with her purse. Dalia Gutierrez-Sanchez was 43 years old at the time of her death.

He is approximately 5’8” tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. At the time of the murder, he wore tight fitting blue jean shorts and a blue-green hooded sweatshirt.
