On Wednesday, October 26th, 2005 David Dwayne House and other male were arguing on the sidewalk near 1618 23rd Avenue North when a white 4-door Buick Century stopped near them. The front and rear right passengers exited the vehicle and the rear passenger was handed a gun which he used to shoot at House. House was struck multiple times. The Buick Century drove off without the shooters who then fled on foot. David Dwayne House was 17 years old at the time of his death.
