On Wednesday, November 30th 2005, at approximately 7:30pm, the Metro Fire Department responded to a fire at a house located at 2312 24th Avenue North. The firefighters discovered four deceased males in the house as they put the fire out. Jeffery Scott Wade and the three other males found in the house, Jimmy T. Eddings, Ryan Levar Russell, and Terrence Chivarno Russell, had all been fatally shot prior to the house being set on fire. Jeffery Scott Wade was 35 years old at the time of his death.
