On Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at approximately 10:00pm, Michael Shaun Bracey was fatally shot multiple times outside of 1104 Dew Street. Bracey and his friend were running from two black males that were chasing them when Bracey was shot. The shooter was seen running down Dew Street toward South 11th St. wearing a yellow or gold jacket and getting into a white late 90s/early 2000s SUV, either a Jeep Cherokee or a Chevy Blazer. Michael Shaun Bracey was 23 years old at the time of his death.
