Shortly after midnight on Tuesday, February 21st, 1995 Crystal Ann Davis was on her way home when she was shot just a block away at 712 Stockell Street. A small gray or blue car, possible a Dodge, was seen driving away at a normal rate of speed after she was shot. Her brother was returning home from the market and found her lying on the ground and notified police. Crystal Ann Davis was 22 years old at the time of her death.
