On June 1, 2020, at approximately 8:12pm, patrol officers responded to a shooting call on Joseph Avenue in which one person had been shot and another person possibly kidnapped. The suspects involved fled the scene in a truck, possibly green in color. Three days after the shooting, Ibrahim died from his injuries. Ibrahim was 48 years old at the time of his death.
