At around 2:00am on Saturday, December 28, 2019 Errol Raphael was found shot to death near dumpsters in the parking lot of an apartment building at 221 Plus Park Boulevard. It is believed that he was killed the prior evening, Sunday, December 27 at around 11:45pm. A stolen silver Dodge truck was found crashed just outside of the apartments which has been linked to the homicide. Errol Raphael was 26 years old at the time of his death.
