At around 9:27pm on Thursday, July 25, 2019 officers responded to a report of shots fired and subsequently located Lam Kwok Lung in the driveway of his residence at 707 Harding Place. The victim, found near his car, succumbed to injuries from gunfire. Lam Kwok Lung was 31 years old at the time of his death.
