On Sunday, December 30th, 2018, Tommy Lee Kelley had just arrived home to 1633 25th Avenue North around 6:00pm. Kelley had exited his vehicle and was starting to walk toward the house when someone came out from behind the shed and began shooting at him. Kelley was fatally struck multiple times. Tommy Lee Kelley was 59 years old at the time of his death.
