On Saturday, February 11th, 2017 at approximately 1:00pm, Frankie Riley was shot multiple times near 77 University Court after returning home from work. The shooter approached Riley and they spoke briefly before the incident occurred. Frankie L. Riley was 34 years old at the time of his death.
