At approximately 9:30am on Sunday, November 13th, 2016, Malcom London was fatally shot on the 700 block of South 7th Street in the James Cayce public housing development from the driver’s side window of a Hyundai Sonata. London was seen lying on the ground in the grass as the silver 4-door car sped away. Malcom London was 46 years old at the time of his death.
