At noon on Tuesday, December 16th, 2014 Dana Mayo’s mother reported him missing. Mayo had left the house on Monday, December 15th at approximately 4:00pm and said he would be right back, but he never returned and wasn’t answering his phone. On Wednesday, December 17th, 2014, shortly after 8:00am, officers were dispatched to 3914 Flicker Dr. on a report of a vehicle which was parked in the driveway of a vacant house which had been there since Monday evening. When officers arrived they found Mayo in the driver’s seat of his white Mercury Grand Marquis (pictured below.) He had been shot multiple times. There were reports of gunshots around 6:00pm in the area on Monday. Dana Mayo was 37 years old at the time of his death.
