On Sunday, December 14th, 2014, at approximately 10:00pm officers responded to a shots fired call at 2900 Baby Ruth Lane. When they arrived they found Phellepe Hall in the driver’s seat of a dark gray Toyota Corolla with Alabama plates that was parked at the entrance of the apartment complex at that location. The driver’s side door was open and Hall had suffered fatal gunshot wounds. Phellepe Hall was 38 years old at the time of his death.
