On Wednesday, October 24th, 2007 around 4:00pm the fire department responded to a report of a shooting victim located at 5908 Charlotte Pike. When they arrived they found Eric Lee Brown suffering from a gunshot wound behind his business, Spudz Inc. Brown’s friend had called the ambulance and also saw an older model gray car leaving the area occupied by three black males. Eric Lee Brown was 36 years old at the time of his death.
