Just before midnight on Thursday, February 8th, 2007, Ramsis Fahim Iskandar unknowingly walked past an armed robbery happening in the apartment parking lot located at 143 Millwood Drive. Two black males were robbing a man at gunpoint who had just returned home to the apartment complex. The two armed men began firing their guns at Iskandar who was struck multiple times. Iskandar succumbed to his injuries during surgery. Ramsis Fahim Iskandar was 66 years old at the time of his death.
