On Sunday, September 8th, 2002, Randy Carl Davenport was attacked between 4:00am and 5:00am while sleeping on the ledge of the building located at 225 Polk Avenue. Davenport suffered severe blunt force trauma and succumbed to his injuries later that day at the hospital. Randy Carl Davenport was 40 years old at the time of his death.
