On Tuesday, March 14th, 1995 at approximately 7:00pm Franzetta Lee Matthews was fatally shot in her apartment located at 927 10th Avenue North. A male black was seen pointing a gun at Matthews and then firing through a window from outside her apartment. Franzetta Lee Matthews was 20 years old at the time of her death.
