Summary:  At approximately 1040 hours, a couple were driving down Sulphur Creek Rd when they saw a bird pulling something on the roadway.  As they drove closer, they realized the bird was pulling a human skull.  They stopped the car to verify what they were looking at was real.  They looked in the ditch and saw a human body.  They immediately notified police.  The body was located several feet off the roadway.  Tall weeds appeared to have been pushed over the body to conceal the body from the roadway.  The body was in an advanced state of decomposition and unrecognizable.  No evidence of a traffic crash was observed.  The body appeared to have been dumped based on the remote geographical location, relationship to the roadway, body position and weeds pulled over the top of the body.  The body was also fully clothed, but no shoes were found.  The case is considered a homicide.
