Summary: A surveyor was working in a vacant lot on Clifton Ave. when he came across an old homeless camp. Inside the camp, he discovered the victims skeletal remains.
Demographics: Pending examination by the anthropologist. Three pieces of metal hardware are found in the skull, one on the medial side of the left orbit, one on the bilateral nasal bones, and one on the medial side of the right orbit
