Summary: An individual called police to report a man lying in the parking lot. Medics and police arrived and found the victim deceased. The cause of death was from underlying health issues contributed by hypothermia.
Demographics: Black/African American, Biological Male, 40-75 years old, 6’1” tall, 209 lbs., Gray or partially gray hair, salt & pepper beard, Brown Eyes. He wore a gray t-shirt, blue plaid boxer shorts, dark blue cargo pants, brown belt and black socks. He was not wearing any shoes.
