Summary:  The victim was running across the interstate during the early morning hours of Jan. 1st when he was struck by a car.  The victim died at the scene.  The death was ruled and accident.

Demographics:  White/Hispanic/Latino, Biological Male, 18-35 years old, 5’5” tall, 146 lbs., Black Hair, Black facial hair, Brown Eyes.  He had a heart with rose tattoo with the inscription “Jamie”/”Y”/”Mi amor”/”Sandra” on the left chest, scorpion on left hand.  He was wearing white t-shirt, black jeans, grey Fila size 9.5 tennis shoes.  Estimated time of death was immediately when the accident was reported.
