At around 1:30pm on Monday, July 1, 2019 Michael Sparks was found deceased on the stoop of 410 Elm Street which was a vacant historic Methodist Church, he had suffered multiple traumatic injuries. Sparks was known to be homeless and may have been staying at the location he was found. Michael Sparks was 51 years old at the time of his death.
