Shortly before 6:00am on Tuesday, December 19th, 2017, officers responded to a report of shots fired. When they arrived at 1522 22nd Ave. they found James Q. Turner laying on the road next to his silver Ford Taurus. Turner had been shot multiple times. James Q. Turner was 41 years old at the time of his death.
