Shortly before 5:00am on Sunday, April 2nd, 2017, Juan Alexander Rodriguez and Javier Pedroza Jr. were shot multiple times as they approached Pedroza’s blue Chevy Silverado in a parking lot at 1326 Antioch Pike after leaving the nearby Island Vibes restaurant which was serving as the afterhours club, La Mansion Hall.
Reportedly, a fight occurred shortly after Pedroza and Rodriguez entered the bathroom. Pedroza and Rodriguez were escorted out of the building at that time. A small silver car was seen parked across the street and it is believed that shots were directed at the victims from that vehicle. Rodriguez was struck multiple times by gunfire and succumbed to his injuries. Juan Rodriguez was 19 years old at the time of his death.
