On Saturday, June 8th, 2013 just before 10:00am, officers responded to a report that there was a person laying in the ditch in the area of Sulphur Creek Road and Eaton’s Creek Road. Upon arrival, they discovered Fabian Martin who was deceased as a result of multiple gunshot wounds. He was likely shot earlier that morning. Fabian Martin was 36 years old at the time of his death.
