On Thursday, June 10th, 2010, at approximately 3:00am, Michael A. Johnson and two others were working on a recording in Johnson’s homemade recording booth at his residence located at 1217 Hillside Avenue when two black men came in and began shooting. Johnson suffered a fatal gunshot wound, a second man received a non-fatal gunshot wound, and the third man was unharmed. Michael Johnson was 34 at the time of his death.
