At approximately 8:00pm on Monday, December 28th, 2009, Norcill Dewayne Clack was walking on the 1900 block of 12th Avenue North when he was fatally shot near 1908 12th Avenue North. It appeared that there had been an exchange of gunfire with multiple shots fired from multiple weapons when Clack was shot. Norcill Dewayne Clack was 20 years old at the time of his death.
