Sometime between 9:00pm on Monday, August 24th, 2009 and 1:30am on Tuesday, August 25th, 2009 Derrick Martez Osborne was fatally shot in his house located at 3912 Creekway Court. Osborne’s father returned home at approximately 1:30am to find him lying deceased on the living room floor. Derrick Martez Osborne was 23 years old at the time of his death.
