On Thursday, April 13, 2006, Fredrick Donnell Martin was at a residence located at 1408 Cecilia Avenue when he was stabbed. He exited the front door of the residence and made it across Cecilia Avenue before collapsing in the road at the intersection of Cecilia Avenue and 15th Avenue North. A black male wearing all black was seen exiting the back door of the house and riding away on a blue mountain bike. Martin suffered sharp force trauma which resulted in his death. Fredrick Donnell Martin was 29 years old at the time of his death.
