Just after 6:00pm on Saturday, August 6th, 2005, the police were called to report an injured woman lying in the driveway located at 2730 Couchville Pike. Responding officers arrived to find Regina Inez Chase deceased from a stab wound. Chase was last seen earlier that day, between 3-4:00pm, walking down Thompson Place wearing a pink top and capri pants. Regina Inez Chase was 30 years old at the time of her death.
