Shortly before midnight on Tuesday, December 12th, 1995 a woman was walking on Lacy Street when she noticed a man lying between two vehicles behind the S&S Body Shop located at 2007 23rd Avenue North. Officers responded to find Larry Andrew Green deceased from gunshot wounds. Gunshots were heard sometime between 1:00 and 2:00am. Green sometimes stayed in a two toned red Ford Club Wagon van that was broken down in the lot when he needed a place to stay. He was found between the van and a 1940s cream and brown Ford pickup. Larry Andrew Green was 32 years old at the time of his death.
