At approximately 9:30pm on Friday, September 26th, 1986 Anthony Leon Bowman was walking on 15th Avenue South toward Ashwood Avenue with two black males in their late teens/early twenties when one of them pulled a gun and fatally shot Bowman. The two young males were seen running from the area after the gunshot. Anthony Leon Bowman was 22 years old at the time of his death.
